Refund Policy

Effective date: June 7, 2026

Our refund policy is built around one promise: if The Financial Hard Launch doesn’t bring you closer, you shouldn’t pay for it. Here’s exactly how that works.

The Hard Launch Guarantee (60 days)

Complete all ten parts of the workbook with your partner. If you don’t feel closer and more honest about money than the day you started, contact us within 60 days of your order date and we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price — plus send you $10 for your time. You keep the workbooks (digital or printed) either way.

To claim: email hello@calmcouple.com within 60 days of your order date with (1) your order number and (2) a photo of your completed Part 10 (“A Letter to Each Other”). You’re welcome to cover any private words — we only need to see that it’s complete. The guarantee applies to both digital and physical purchases, with one claim per household/order.

Processing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Damaged, defective, or lost orders

If your printed set arrives damaged or misprinted, or doesn’t arrive at all, email us within 30 days of the shipment date with your order number (and a photo, if applicable). We’ll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund you in full instead.

Cancellations and address changes

Physical sets go into production quickly after ordering. If you need to cancel or change your address, email us as soon as possible — we can usually help within the first few hours after an order is placed, but once a set is in production we’re unable to cancel or redirect it. (The guarantee above still applies, so you’re never stuck.)

What isn’t covered

• Refund requests outside the 60-day window
• Guarantee claims without a completed Part 10
• Orders refunded once already under this policy

If your situation doesn’t fit neatly into any of the above, write to us anyway — we’re people, and we’d rather be fair than technical.
