These terms govern your use of thecalmcouple.com and any purchase from The Calm Couple (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as plain as the law allows.

1 · What we sell, and what it is (and isn’t)

The Financial Hard Launch is a guided couples workbook, sold in digital and printed formats. It is an educational and relational tool. It is not financial advice, legal advice, therapy, or counseling, and it’s not a substitute for any of them. Nothing in the workbooks or on this site is a recommendation about your specific finances or relationship. For decisions that need a professional — a financial advisor, attorney, or licensed therapist — please use one. Your decisions, financial and otherwise, remain your own.

2 · Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time (changes never affect orders already placed). By ordering you confirm that the payment and shipping details you provide are accurate and that you’re authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent — if we cancel, you’ll be refunded in full.

3 · Digital products and your license

When you buy the digital version, you get a personal, non-transferable license for you and your partner to download, print for your own use, and fill in the workbooks. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the files beyond your household. The two of you are the whole audience — that’s the point.

4 · Physical products and shipping

Physical sets are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. Production and delivery timelines, address changes, and damaged/lost order handling are described on our Shipping page, which forms part of these terms.

5 · Refunds and the Hard Launch Guarantee

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 60-day Hard Launch Guarantee. That policy forms part of these terms.

6 · Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the workbooks — text, exercises, frameworks, design, and branding — belongs to The Calm Couple and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Whatever you write in your own copies is, of course, yours.

7 · Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for anything unlawful.

8 · Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is.” We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we make no warranties beyond those required by law, and we can’t promise specific relationship or financial outcomes — every couple is different (that’s rather the premise).

9 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — set with your lawyer], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11 · Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
