The promise, in plain words

Do all ten parts of The Financial Hard Launch together. If you don’t feel closer and more honest about money than the day you started, show us your finished Part 10 within 60 days of your order and we’ll refund every cent — plus send you $10 for your time. You keep both books either way.

Why we ask you to finish it

Honestly? Because the workbook only works if you do it. A money conversation you don’t have can’t bring you closer. Asking for Part 10 isn’t a hoop — it’s us betting the refund that if you two actually go through all ten parts, you’ll feel the difference. We’re comfortable making that bet.

How to claim it

Email hello@calmcouple.com within 60 days of your order date with:

1. Your order number
2. A photo of your completed Part 10 (A Letter to Each Other — you can cover any words you’d rather keep private; we just need to see it’s done)
3. One sentence on what didn’t work — optional, but it helps us make this better for the next couple

We’ll process your full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, plus your $10. No phone calls, no “retention offers,” no hard feelings.

The fine print (there isn’t much)

• The guarantee covers both the digital and physical versions, one claim per household.
• The 60 days start on your order date.
• You keep the books — we genuinely don’t want them back.
